my lichen dye found its way to this knitted linen shawl.the linen is a bit heavier than what i've been using, but it still feels right.did some onion skin wrapping while doing the solar dye and wondered what would happen if i painted iron water to highlight the holes and make them look on purpose. got carried away!
the indigo's here. this morning my friendly 20 something post(boy) man knocked on my door and handed me the package. nice way to start the weekend.
i wonder what would happen if i dip the stole in indigo.
stay cool and have a good weekend.

Yes, get carried away! It's looking good. And it looks like it feels good.
ReplyDeletecan't wait to see the results of that dip.
ReplyDeleteI think that linen would look stunning with an indigo dip. Greens, blue/greens, and some very dark grey/blue. Nice!
ReplyDeletelinen and indigo are naturals together, can't wait to see the results.
ReplyDeleteWelcome home! Sorry for fiberarts. I imagine your face when you were proposed another magazine :-)
ReplyDeleteStrange what you said about the non-fashion in Florida...
