processing the first batch of momiji seeds.weeping as i remember the ones i brought back from kyoto last year which shriveled after planting. these ones have dried on the tree and will be wintered in the fridge.
there's another batch which has been picked up green and dried in a sunny spot in the kitchen.
they'll be processed in a few days and will serve as control seeds to see which come out and behave better. already have the pots for the mini forest.
there is going to be lots of gardening this winter it means basically moving pots and re accommodating them.there's a massive plant purchase coming up. taking advantage of the fact that sensei will be on maternity leave during the winter.
