linen warp with a fine linen weft wrapped in extremely thin  copper wire. hence the sheen. i was saving it and when finally decided to make something, the japanese pattern was too small for me.

pattern grading with urgency.lucky that i still have fabric to accommodate the new bodice and sleeve.
