marigolds planted to deter aphids and other bugs. located soap flakes, made a concoction to spray on edibles.
actively using it. however slugs are immune to this.
the relentless planter came up with a solution: spray the concoction on edibles and then sprinkle crushed eggshels. they stick to the leaves and keep slugs from eating the plant. the infestation is so big this year bcse of the rains that sprinkling eggshhells around the plants does nothing. leaves have to be protected as well.
