thanks a bunch. i even have some fabric for the vintage pattern.it's an easy grade with princess seams as you suggested.
i'm also thinking about who to twist an arm to convert the foreground pattern to a knitting one.
it would make a fab cardi narrowing the sleeves a tad.

hahaha you're most welcome. The foreground one might work as is on a stable knit (something a bit thicker with more body than usual perhaps?)
