worn with gusto

what was supposed to be a tunic like ended like this oddball cardi. the black yarn is cotton and wasn't acting like the beige linen. something about the stretch didn't give as much as the linen. strange because as every weaver knows, linen is very inelastic.
that said i think i like the cocoon like styling better .

the back shows the stripes very well.the seam looks as if it ended in a peak but it's what you get when you don't have a dummy to photograph things on. there's a serious space shortage chez moi.
the side seams are on the diagonal giving extra movement. as the league of computer asisted dobby looms are not handweaving  and  machine knitting is cheating say  i cheated big time and sewed the sides. it felt good going against the establishment!
i wore it on the weekend with a black tank top and these.

Then you must photograph things on yourself. I request/demand this. Please. XD
Cool pics btw the background really goes with the flowy watery look of the fabric..

loving how your knits develop, Neki. I like the cliché color combo and a very not cliché shape of this top.
