leaning towards the non literal

as i tend towards the abstract non representational my images are highly manipulated.

i think it's fun for me and also the viewer .

same image colors inverted, different feel.

i am going to assemble all in one wall piece. still have to knit a narrow long piece which is going on the side.

at 350 rows i need a lot of peace and concentration. the last 50 rows are critical bcse that's when inevitably  💩 happens.

that baby is singing. and with due concentration this project is coming along.

 this is glitchy ,but good glitchy as it is intentional.

both are an image of a parasol taken in kyoto 2 years ago .the second has some post production to create the glitch.

 i suggest you try photomosh. loads of fun and lots of interesting results

unsatisfying

talk about glitchy. after opening the k-machine taking out the offending needle and putting the whole number back again,with no remaining surplus screws mind you.  the electronics didn't go up in smoke when turned on and  it knitted. with some mispatterning.😢

close inspection of what was happening led me to deduct that the wheel with solenoids placed next to the belt mechanism wasn't performing. opened the baby again and adjusted the wheel closer . it worked.

if i seriously studied coding and electronics i'd feel invincible like a 20 year old.

 now what to do with this piece,it IS glitchy,but in a non exciting way.
