would you believe i came back to this warp? i could not bear to cut it off because it would be terrible to let it become my karma and come back in another life just to have to face it and finish it.

a small hack on the loom and now the warp is behaving better, not perfect but better.

i am going to hack the loom until i have it weaving the way i want it to weave.

nemesis  or the just balance of fortune's chance. in other words to give what it's due. loom beware .

cant bear to cut the infamous linen warp.just take a look at this ,even with all the glaring mistakes i find it beautiful.will transform this into a" book of days" going to give the warp another try.

the world is a dejà vu

another pair of summer mitts.this one fits better than last year's. the utility of gauge sampling!
 it seems that either i have lived long enough to see things coming back or i need an explanation because i feel a time warp.as an example. i thought that we all went through that in the 70's and then moved on.apparently it's a hot trend now.
then i never would have thought that women marched for the same things they had marched in the 70's. broke my heart to see grey haired women marching demanding the same rights.
this is not going well and pretty soon there will be a general call to order. hope it's not of a cataclysm like nature.

a WIP no more

this has been in process for some time  and at last it came together and gelled. the notes helped give it direction.  i like the different textures and what i like the most is incorporating pieces of knitting samples. the frugal weaver turned frugal knitter.
