 wanted to do a straight weaving warp,but can't help myself.here i am printing a lozenge motif very similar to the woven one.let's see how both interact.

on a less cheerful note my beloved jute yarn  cone is coming to an end. has been weaving my series for many,many years.there is something about its rustic charm that i find appealing for weaving artwork.

i am beyond myself. can you see those offensive double threads ?  one  after the middle and the other one close to the selvedge. this is after rethreading. ಠ ಠ

the good news, yes always a silver lining, is that i have worked  this as a series.it's a 1/2 lampas threading with the central part as point threading.it is flexible enough to allow  many brocade possibilities.

right now i just want to weave. had a wisdom tooth extracted and while not in pain it is uncomfortable. this was supposed to be therapy weaving. sigh!
