kuke forest on the left a lone aubergine plant.3 plants and they've taken over.that's what humus does to plants. ever since the womnam where i buuuy the plantules told me to fill the plnting hole with humus, there has been no looking back.

sarada is promising.

toms look great and so does oak leaf lettuce.

regular letuce tastes really good this year.

aiming for bread

but after 3 hours the result was matzo. theoretically the yeast was fine, the kitchen warm enough,the kneading exhuberant.

let's see if resting overnight does something .if not repeat. this time with another kind of yeast.
