but after 3 hours the result was matzo. theoretically the yeast was fine, the kitchen warm enough,the kneading exhuberant.

let's see if resting overnight does something .if not repeat. this time with another kind of yeast.

episodes of weirdness

we has two weeks of 20º weather in winter and all the plants came out. then  there were days of freeze so all those plants suffered. sping was hot and dry which meant aphid festival.

and to round it this cuke plant is producing upright cukes.   ¯\ ( ツ ) /¯ 

i planted two more which look and behave as they should. the eggplant is also acting up, we'll see how it goes.

toms, lettuce and radishes are behaving well.

planted more coriander and need to plant the  mixed green salad.

radishes are very gratifying, although one 

plant= one radish they are an easy grow don't fail plants
