via San Sebastian

on the way back  from bordeaux a detour and short stopover at espelette for their wonderful  piment d' espelette  jelly and powder

 

some northern spain places as well, but won't bore you with photos.

tannins,iron and fascination

and the magic touch. i need time to explore tannins and iron, but right now 

i am just working against the clock to finish at least half of this project.

visitors are arriving tomorrow and staying for a month. i'm going to be in and out hopping around  no time for blogposts.
