punching

trying to get away without punching the whole card. it's cruel on the hands. so far what's already punched was  tested and didn't work. 

doing a lot with the k machine lately. if it goes well it's very gratifying in terms of - time + output.

there's also some stir in machine knitting kingdom as there are people 3 d printing pieces and creating new takes on electronic attachments such as the color changer. a younger generation versed in coding and electronics are working towards maintaining the machines and keeping the craft up on it's toes. there's a lot of energy bouncing around.

sad that none of this is happening in the weaving world.

summer mitts. ever since i had to cover my hand from the sun  because of an injury which was scarring ,i have grown to like summer mitts.hands are grateful for the protection against the sun and they look like it. thumbs will be attached.
