less background.i inverted the thread thickness and the background is now the finer yarn so that the pattern weaves in a thicker one but the same color as the warp. brocading with  1:1 ratio seems not possible, at least i haven't had a decent outcome.

moving on. as thanksgiving approaches i am especially thankful this year: for my new surroundings,my sunny apartment, the people in this town with their helpfulness which makes all effortless, the beautiful nature and that my marriage has survived the move(*^▽^*).

lost control of the fatsies

let's see how they weave. trying brocading this time.

on a more mundane note i am getting acquainted with the dust bunny " culture". knew it existed, but had never experienced it because my apartment was so incredibly dusty that we had to vaccum every week and sometimes twice. now there is no dust in our new place and we spend weeks without vacuuming. when we see the floor moving we know it's time ^ _^
