 the flowy curves are too flowy. maybe if thicker they'd look effortless.  too much background, thicker curves would solve that. going to try brocading the motif and not working selvedge to selvedge. good learning exercise!
 glorious morning walk, the riviulet was singing, the cows were in concert and i saw some goats in a field.  life as is .

 1-1 ratio.

 some warp paint,testing the size of the tie and pattern yarns.  aspect ratio not correct the pattern is elongated. not much contrast between background and pattern in terms of size. linen yarns tie down yarn some left over merino cashmere wool bobbin.

better here. background is heavier than tiedown yarn. also changed colors and the pattern stands out better.DUH. infinite warp paint possibilities.
changed the tie down yarn to 20/1 cotton.
