long way to tiperary

chugging along learning the ropes of the knitting program.i am now usuing the interactive knitting part to get audio prompts of what to do. there's also visuals which show the position of the carriage and the row and needles engaged.
on the upper right there's a window that explains in knit shorthand the action to perform and the frequency. something i am hardly looking at as i much prefer the audio prompts. for now i am advancing the rows with the mouse to when the next action needs to be performed.
this will be hollywood when i install the cable and actually do interactive knitting. taking it slow learning the program to then deal with the electronics.

the program provides two other choices if you don't have the cable: a garment notation and garment text instructions.the garment notation i find at this stage too shorthandish to follow.
the garment text is very clear to follow but it needs a lot of concentration  no spacing out allowed.😱

a long awaited visit

bottom center there's a fence covered in purple.it is one of the most expected sights in the hood the way
the wisteria covers the whole fence and hangs from adjoining trees. it's almost a spring pilgrimage to see it.of course it was greatly missed last year due to  confinement. we  had to content ourselves looking at it from afar, like in the photo above.
just guessing and hoping

this year. the color, the scent, the mood. kimochi 気持ちよく ❕
to add to the bliss i have cleared all the little bs that was blocking life.

when youre the bug

you are knitting away when you notice a needle giving trouble. needless to say it's in the middle of the bed and mid project.whoa! woe!
so tankful to have a garter bar. with care you can transfer the knitting to it lay it on a table and proceed to change the pesky needle.then carefully put the knitting back and get on with the knitting.
you have become the windshield of the proverb.
